Admission Requirements
Mature Entry
Special Admission- Must be at least 25 years of age
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Evidence of ability to pursue the programme (e.g., employer recommendation)
- Must pass the college's mature entry examination
Diploma Programmes
National Diploma- Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) or equivalent
- At least one principal pass at A-Level in relevant subjects
- OR a National Certificate in a related field from a recognized institution
- Age: 18 years and above
Certificate Programmes
National Certificate- Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) or equivalent
- At least 3 passes at O-Level including English and Mathematics
- Specific subject requirements vary by programme (see individual programme details)
- Age: 16 years and above

Application Process
Obtain Application Form
Collect an application form from the college admissions office or download it from our website. A non-refundable application fee of UGX 20,000 applies.
Submit Application
Fill in the application form completely and submit it with certified copies of academic certificates, a passport-sized photograph, and a copy of your national ID.
Receive Admission Letter
Successful applicants will receive an admission letter detailing the programme, reporting date, fees, and items to bring.
Pay Registration Fees
Pay the required registration and tuition fees at the college accounts office or via bank deposit. Fee payment plans are available upon request.
Report & Register
Report to the college on the designated opening day with your admission letter, fee receipts, and personal effects. Complete the registration process at the registrar's office.
